Here is Terry Labonte taking a photo op at Darlington 1984. Richard Petty's cousin Dale Inman crew chiefed this car to the championship that year.



Stats are hard to find on Inman, last time I looked he was not listed on Wikipedai or Jayski's site for all time winningest crew chiefs. Regardless his resume incudes 8 chamionships. Not sure of his total win count. He left Petty Enterprises early in 1981 and came back in 1986.

I found this, stating that Dale has 193 wins as a crew chief:

But I also found biographies that say Dale has "more than 200 wins" as a crew chief.

Regardless, it is undisputed that Dale is the greatest, winningest crew chief in Nascar history. If the nascarreference site is correct, Bud Moore has 51 and Ray evernham has 49
