Nah, not what you might think. You may have noticed our faithful servant admins deleted the threads about this board and the rpmracingfans board at rpmracingfans.proboards.com/index.cgiJust like there are Fords & Dodges, White & Red, Ale & Pilsner, we have room for more than one place for Petty fans to hang out. Our answer to the cliche question is that we can, indeed, all just get along. So both boards will meander along their merrry ways. Some belong to both. Some have made different choices. But all is well in Petty-land. Now, I hear there are still problems in the Middle East? Your trusty admins are on the case. Or maybe just praying for peace there too!

Amen. All is indeed well, my friends.
Praying for peace is about all we can do for the middle east but you never know. We have seen prayer do some mighty things!

There has been no peace in the Middle East for thousands of years. The next time that area will be at peace there will be a New Jerusalem. Better to pray for that.

I'm just happy as heck that I can be here and have fun without having an axe to grind or an agenda to force on someone else... and I can root for Kyle and Kurt, the Shrubbery boys! Woohooooooo - that's something. I still prefer to see a Petty car win in all cases... but I love the way those boys shake things up. Am I the only one??? :::sniffs pitifully:::

Tom, you still have your keyboard. We'll all suffer is she takes that away.
Judith, there's nothing wrong with the Shrubs that some severe pruning won't cure! I may not agree with you, but I'll go to my grave defending your right to be wrong about the Bushes. Hee hee...!

I find little shrub entertaining most of the time except when he's being a jerk in an interview or something because then I want to reach through the t.v. and touch him. I find older shrub to be quick to place blame away from himself and something of a prima dona. I'm not as entertained by older shrub as I am by young and often stupid shrub. Believe it or not, my 13 year old granddaughter thinks younger shrub is just great. She isn't allowed to wear shrub clothing at my house. But she lives up in donmoos' territory so he'll probably see her floating around the lakes region wearing #18 "stuff".

She's just 13 and lives with her other grandparents and I don't think races at BIR are on their schedule. But she's this grandma's girl when it comes to liking NASCAR except for her fave driver. They live in town. Grandpa Jim was a fireman and Grandma Norma worked for the phone company. Grandpa Jim is a Brainerd native and Grandma Norma is from Bemidji.
