1954 - Lee finishes 5th in the Wilkes County 160 at North Wilkesboro. Bob Welborn finishes 11th in Julian Petty's #44 Plymouth. Billy Irvin finishes 14th in a 2nd Julian-owned #43 Dodge.

1959 - Lee finishes 3rd in a 200 lap race at Columbia (SC) Speedway.

1963 - Richard finishes 2nd to Ned Jarrett in a 200 lap race at Augusta (GA) Speedway. The race was called after 112 laps due to too much dust.

1971 - Richard finishes 2nd to A.J. Foyt in the Atlanta 500. Teammate Buddy Baker was 6th. (Photo source: GaPettyFan)

1976 - Richard finishes 2nd to Cale Yarborough in the Gwyn Staley 400 at North Wilkesboro.

1993 - Kyle finishes 3rd in the Food City 500 at Bristol.
