1958 - Lee finishes 4th in a 200 lap race at Columbia (SC) Speedway.

1960 - Richard scores his 2nd career victory by winning the Virginia 500 at Martinsville. Papa Lee finishes 6th.

1988 - Richard finishes 6th and Kyle finishes 7th in the Valleydale Meats 500 at Bristol. Future Petty driver, Rick Wilson, won the pole for the race driving the Morgan McClure Kodak Olds.

2010 - A.J. Allmendinger, in the Valvoline #43, starts from the pole in the Subway Fresh Fit 600 at Phoenix and finishes... (to be continued).
