1957 - Lee finishes 5th in the Virginia 500 at Martinsville. Ralph Earnhardt finishes 13th driving a 2nd #88 Petty Oldsmobile.
1962 - Richard finishes 3rd in a 200 lapper at Piedmont Interstate Fairgrounds in Spartanburg, SC.
1963 - Richard finishes 2nd to Ned Jarrett in a 300 lap race at Southside Speedway in Richmond VA. He drove #41. Teammate Jim Paschal finishes 14th in a 2nd #43 Petty Plymouth.
1967 - Richard finishes 2nd to Jim Paschal, a former teammate, in the Beltsville 200 at Beltsville Speedway in Maryland.
1974 - Richard finishes 3rd behind Cale Yarborough and David Pearson in the Mason-Dixon 500 in Dover. Richard led 210 laps and was leading with 2 laps to go when his engine expired.
1985 - Kyle finishes 3rd behind Bill Elliott and Harry Gant in the Mason-Dixon 500 at Dover. Richard finishes 7th.
