1953 - Lee Petty wins a 200 lap race at Louisiana Fairgrounds in Shreveport.

1959 - Lee finishes 6th and Richard finishes 7th in the Old Dominion 500 convertible race at Martinsville.

1964 - Petty teammates finish in the top 10 in the Dixie 400 in Atlanta - Richard Petty 2nd and Jim Paschal 6th.

1970 - Pete Hamilton finishes 2nd in a Petty Superbird in the Motor State 400 at Michigan. Richard qualifies 2nd but finishes 28th in his first start after a bad wreck at Darlington earlier in the season.

1981 - Richard finishes 4th in the Budweiser 400 at Texas World Speedway in College Station.

1986: Revilo and Mrs. Rev are united in the bonds of Holy Matrimony. Fortunately there weren't any fire alarms that night, because there weren't very many sober firefighters in town.
